You Must Be 25 years old or older to book the CoCo Hut. The person booking must be present at the camp for the entire rental period.
For Deposits, all that is required is a credit card on file. The credit card is only charged if there is damage or lost/taken keys. (credit card fees are listed below, please view)

3 Nights: Friday Afternoon Check In/Monday Morning Check Out ($825 + cleaning fee)
Weeknight Special/One Free Night: Monday Afternoon Check In/Friday Morning Check Out ($825 + cleaning fee)
One Week Rental: Get one free night ($1650 + cleaning fee)
Holidays Require 4 night minimum and an additional $100 per night
Tarpon Rodeo requires a 4 night minimum @ $500 per night
